Returns and Exchanges
If for some reason RPS product is not right for your business you may return the undamaged and unsealed product for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. You must email Purchasing at purchsing@rovproductservices.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number [RMA#]. Refunds are made only on the price of the product, plus applicable taxes we collected at the time of purchase. Shipping costs to or from RPS are not refunded.
